Wallace Falls

Location: North Cascades - Highway 2
Length: 5.6 miles roundtrip
Elevation: Gain/1300 ft. Highest/1500 ft.
Difficulty: Moderate

This hike was disappointing and underwhelming. Unfortunately, I only had the option to go on the weekend, so finding a parking spot was a hassle. I've never seen such fashionable, yet ill-prepared humans in the woods. The traffic on this trail is due to its proximity to the greater Seattle area. It's a tourist destination...

I only label this hike as moderate because there are very steep parts and it's exhausting stepping aside for a bazillion passers-by. It was really muddy on this particular weekend, too.
